Led by wine-savvy new restaurants, the city’s dining scene now generates more revenue than gaming

If you haven't been to Las Vegas lately, there's a lot to discover, and not just in the big casino hotels. The dining scene has spread to downtown, Chinatown, and to suburbs such as Summerlin and Henderson. It has become a legitimate food city. Wine Spectator's Harvey Steiman reports.
